scaling everything up 2×
Temperatures and times are left alone
Multiply the numbers in ‘20 minutes at 180°C’ and you end up with a 360°C oven. Anything attached to a degree, a minute, a second or a serving count stays as it is. Do bear in mind that double the quantity takes longer to cook, so add a little time for anything in the oven and check partway. Salt and spices scaled exactly can come out too strong — start slightly under.
