Q. Must I answer in order?
Yes. It asks for the station after 西直门 first and works along the line. Knowing the order is the whole point, so you cannot jump ahead — but you can skip a station you are stuck on.
Q. Can I type romanised names?
Yes. Both the local spelling and the romanised form count, and spaces, hyphens, middle dots and letter case are ignored. Where a name carries a bracketed alias, the alias alone is accepted too.
