Cmd+Shift+MAttaches a comment to the selected text or block. With nothing selected it lands on the block you are in, and a comment tied to words disappears from view as resolved once those words are deleted.

Anything with no binding is reached through the slash menu — type / and a few letters of the name and you get even blocks like the callout, which has no key at all.
Reading the key names
