Extends the selection block by block once a block is picked. Pressed while the cursor is still inside the text it selects letters instead, so the order matters.

Anything with no binding is reached through the slash menu — type / and a few letters of the name and you get even blocks like the callout, which has no key at all.
Reading the key names
- Keys joined by + are pressed together: Ctrl+Shift+P means hold Ctrl and Shift, then P.
- On a Mac, Cmd is ⌘, Option is ⌥ (labelled Alt on some keyboards), Control is ⌃ and Shift is ⇧.
