Cmd+ASelects every block on the page. The first press takes only the block you are in and the second widens to the whole page, so unlike elsewhere one press is not select-all.

Anything with no binding is reached through the slash menu — type / and a few letters of the name and you get even blocks like the callout, which has no key at all.
Reading the key names
- Keys joined by + are pressed together: Ctrl+Shift+P means hold Ctrl and Shift, then P.
- On a Mac, Cmd is ⌘, Option is ⌥ (labelled Alt on some keyboards), Control is ⌃ and Shift is ⇧.
