fatal: The current branch feature has no upstream branch.
這是什麼意思
這條分支沒有登記對應的遠端分支，所以不帶參數的 git push 或 git pull 不知道該去哪裡。它出現在你用 git switch -c 新建分支後從未推送過的時候。git push --set-upstream origin feature 會在伺服器上建出這條分支，並把對應關係登記一次，此後只打 git push 就夠了。這條命令只寫一行本機設定和伺服器上一條新分支，什麼都不刪，重複執行也安全。

git 的錯誤幾乎都是一種拒絕，意思是「在目前狀態下做那件事會丟掉東西」；fatal: 表示它什麼都沒改就停了，而真正的解決辦法往往在第一行下面的 hint: 行裡。
